STEEL IDLER ROLLER
SINOCONVE idler roller is the competitive standard for belt conveyors. The idler is used as a carrying idler and also as a return idler for non-sticky materials. The steel sealed shell and weatherproof seal form a reliable splash protection. Multiple seals effectively prevent dust from entering the inside of the drum. The surface of the drum is shot blasted and covered with a red epoxy powder coating. If you want to deal with viscous materials, you can carry out special surface treatment.

ROLLER PARTS
BEARING HOUSING
SINOCONVE is manufactured with stamping & pressing technology. Until now we have three types of bearing housings, each of which has its own specifications, so as to meet the requirements of different customers, and the environmental requirements of various industries.




SINOCONVE Bearing is applied with large clearance, Deep groove ball bearing, which can protect and guarantee the roller with ideal static and dynamic balance. Bearing with double dustproof cover or with double Labyrinth ring will ensure the roller running smoothly to the utmost extent. Currently the bearings we use are HRB and SKF.
SEALING
SINOCONVE uses multi-layer seals, and flows lithium lubricating grease into the seals. Bearing oil loading is about 2/3-3/4 of bearing clearance, the clearance between seal rings is fully filled. This way guarantees a closed and compact seal and achieves the effectiveness of anti-dust and anti-water and bearing protection.


STEEL ROLLER SURFACE TREATMENT
SINOCONVE uses sandblasting to remove rust on steel pipes. After sandblasting rust, the steel pipe surface will be painted more evently.


There are two roller [ainting methods that we use : spray paint and baked paint. Spray painted rollers are more cost-effective than baked paint rollers. However, the surface of the baked paint rollers is generally smoother, whereas the surface of spray-painted roller is prone to defects

PACKAGE
SINOCONVE idler roller will be put into a suitable plastic bag, then packed in wooden case, to ensure the wooden case comply with hygienic standard, all the wooden case will be furnigated before loading.

IMPACT IDLER ROLLER
SINOCONVE impact idler rollers function to absorb impact shocks at the loading point of belt converyors. Impact idler roller are also suitable for short pulleys for the dirty side of the belt as well as for impact idlers for unit goods conveyor. SINOCONVE impact idler rollers are manufactured based on the rugged SINOCONVE steel idler rollers by adding rubber buffer ring to achieve cushioning effect.

RETURN STEEL IDLER ROLLER
RETURN IDLER ROLLER
Our return roller idlers are designed to support the return belt. Selection of the return idler type is influenced byt the strength, stiffnesss and weight of the belt. Return roller idlers are primarily installed on an unloaded branch to support the conveyor belt on that branch. In the general layout, the use of V-shaped or inverted V-shaped supports at the unloaded bottom is beneficial to minimize conveyor belt deviation. In addition to type A and B rubber discs (ISO, SMS, and SFS standards), return idlers can be equipped with polyurethane discs. Custom-made types of support ring assemblies are also available.

Our steel return idler rollers are the perfect choice for clean, non-sticks belts. These rollers are also available with rubber lagging (5 mm or 10 mm) and can be used as impact rollers. These rollers are also used on both sides of the pressing guide bracket and as idler rollers in the opposite direction for cleaners.



RETURN A TYPE IDLER ROLLER
For this roller, distance between its support rings are equal. This specific type of idler is suitable for light, stiff belts with shot distance between idlers.

Due to technical reasons in production, the discs may be placed with different distances at the centre of the idler.

RETURN A(Ⅱ) TYPE IDLER ROLLER
The support rings are distributed more tightly
at both ends of the rollers. The buffer ring
make the outer area of the belt tightly packed. This buffer ring arrangement
reduces the lateral shift of the conveyor belt
and ensures smooth belt operation.

Due to technical reasons in production, the discs may be spaced differently at the centre of the idler.


RETURN A(Ⅲ) TYPE IDLER ROLLER
These rollers are typically used for wide and light belts. In general layouts, the use of V-shaped or inverted V-shaped supports at the unloaded bottom is beneficial to resist the conveyor belt deviation.

RETURN B TYPE IDLER ROLLER
The support ring forms a tight, flat surface
on the outer area of the belt. Designed for
medium and heavy belts with long idler spacing

RETURN B(Ⅱ) TYPE IDLER ROLLER
Suitable for heavy and wide bea. In a general layout, the use of a V-shaped or inverted V-shaped support at the bottom that is not loaded is beneficial to resist the deviation of the conveyor belt.

GARLAND IDLER ROLLER
Garland idler rollers are designed to replace traditional idlers and brackets. The idlers are connected to each other with flexible links and mounted on the conveyor frame with suspension links that allow free movement in the direction of belt travel.

Garland idler rollers works to spread the load over more idlers. As such, the belt profile changes and the belt load becomes steadier. In addition, the use of these rollers can often signitifically reduce the total quantity of the steel in conveyor frames and support more simplified frames
When carrying heavy goods, garland idlers help to reduce the pressure to the belt and idlers. It also improves lifetime of belt and idlers and thus support a more efficient operation.


Sinoconve provides four different hanging buckles. by lifting the idler set off the hook, the garland idler set can be easily replaced.
